This perfect, fairly clean property has marvellous continental breakfasts and very welcoming staff. It has magnificent, handy setting, short walk to all the area attractions, outlets, and malls. Great nearby places include Boteco do Manolo, we usually had drinks there. The customer service is great, they offer shuttle to the parks;)))

The room we stayed in was incredibly cozy and had a mini-fridge with some treats.

The rooms are quiet and bright, the view is excellent.

Hotel offered variety of meals for continental breakfast. The room was well-equipped and the bathroom was great-sized. The venue was set in the central position close to all the attractions especially Universal Studios, great restaurants, local transportation/trolley, breakfast, Orlando for a quick weekend getaway to visit the Universal Studios, and airport, Disney and Camping World Stadium. I was surprised at nearby Baskin-Robbins, they had some goodies, drinks.

I enjoyed our double room with an additional bathroom, snacks, and a sofa bed, and the convenient location close to an outdoor mini-golf course was fantastic!

Room was very spacious for 2 adults and 3 teenagers. It was great there was a microwave and refrigerator. Were visiting Universal and was an easy drive to.

Did not use the pool or the exercise room both of which were very small

We had a great vacation stay with spacious and clean rooms featuring a sofa couch, mini-fridge, and a comfy sofa, and enjoyed the satisfactory breakfast and well-maintained amenities.

Lots of options, cheap food.

They always have free bottles of ice water in the lobby which is very convenient especially in the summer. location is perfect as it is on the international drive and is only 5 minutes away by car from Universal. They have a free shuttle that goes in 2 hours to universal and returns around 7:15 pm, we only use it once and rest we prefer Uber. hotel is fine, we didn't complain about the cleanliness or the attention because it was fine even though the hotel is under renovation. breakfast is the typical gringo breakfast full of sugar, fat and flour (breads, cupcakes, artificial juices, sweetened cereals, bacon) luckily they put oranges, bananas and apples in a basket.

I expected more for being a Hampton. The hotel looks a little old in its carpets and woodwork. The air conditioning in the room was very noisy. Breakfast presents almost no healthy alternatives. The shuttle that goes to universal stops at 4 other hotels and makes you lose a lot of time.

I loved the spacious king room with an extra bath, sofa bed, and comfy sofa, the fantastic location near a park, the delicious breakfast.

Our room was too close to the traffic of H-way 4, with too much traffic noise during the night (even at the 5th floor).

Staff was very helpful & location was fabulous.

Wireless signal was very weak in our room Breakfast area was incredibly warm when only half full of guests.
